Jakarta (28/3) To support efforts to realize the solidarity of all PT Traktor Nusantara employees, especially Business Consultant positions spread throughout Indonesia, PT Traktor Nusantara holds an annual routine event, namely the BC gathering. Henry Panjahitan as Branch Manager of PT Traktor Nusantara leads this committee and carries the theme "To Be Market Leader Through Advance Value". This theme was raised to motivate all BC PT Traktor Nusantara to be even better in improving performance and achieving work targets. This year's BC gathering is still adopting an online system, so all participants will discuss and listen sharing to online.
On that occasion, BC friends from all branches of PT Traktor Nusantara had the opportunity to chat with the leadership of PT Traktor Nusantara, where there was a session that opened up space for BC to ask some questions and tell stories to the BOD PT Traktor Nusantara. Not only BOD but BC friends also listened to sharing from the divisions at PT Traktor Nusantara in the hope that BC would understand the organizational structure and what affairs are the core business of each division at PT Traktor Nusantara. Sharing carried out by senior BC representatives and leaders is addressed directly to all BC, this aims to get motivation from the achievements obtained and also provide strategies that BC can use to meet the desired target in 2022.
This activity also coincides with the 39th Anniversary of Swadaya Harapan Nusantara. This excitement also completes a series of BC gathering activities. The enthusiasm of BC in each game and the performances of BC friends on the last day also added to the excitement of the 2022 BC gathering. On this occasion, the committee announced the 2021 Contest Winners in the most active BC category. Can't believe it's already the end of the BC gathering. Tokutomi representing the BOD expressed his gratitude for all the participation in BC gathering 2022 and hopes that this event can be useful for all participants.
